Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation fees cover the direct costs incurred when modifying or canceling your reservation.
- By making a reservation through our website, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms.
- A booking contract between you and Sahara Cruiser is established only once we receive the required deposit and send you a confirmation email.
- The lead traveler making the reservation is responsible for accepting these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of the travel party.
- All cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted by the lead traveler.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through the customer contact form and confirmed by Sahara Cruiser before any further action can be taken.
- Where applicable, refunds will be processed promptly. Deposits will be refunded to the same credit card used for the original booking. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of the refund.
- The applicable cancellation policy is determined based on the original booking departure date.
Cancellation of Private Tours
- If you need to cancel your private tour for any reason, whether avoidable or unavoidable, please notify us in writing.
- Cancellation charges will apply from the date we receive your written cancellation request.
Low & Medium Season
January 05 to February 28, June 01 to September 30, November 01 to December 20
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour date are eligible for a 100% deposit refund or 100% future travel credit, excluding reservation fees.
- Cancellations made 6 days or less before the tour date are not eligible for a deposit refund.
High Season
March 01 to May 31, October 01 to October 31, December 21 to January 04
- Cancellations made at least 15 days before the tour date are eligible for a 100% deposit refund or 100% future travel credit, excluding reservation fees.
- Cancellations made 14 days or less before the tour date are not eligible for a deposit refund.
